As time marches on, the possibility of the daily chart needing to 'nest' in the momentum study, increases. The pink boxes in the sub chart show these studies as clusters from 1 day to 1 week in duration. A 'nest' is a coming together of various cycles at once and as Hurst concluded, this is the low to look out for. The corollary of this, is that without that low, the longer the time that lapses, the greater the tension. I think that would describe what is going on at the moment. In order for the EURUSD to get down to that low, the US$ is going to need to rise, but thus far is doing a good job of staying undecided. The Gann grid shown is based on the square of the 1.49389 high to the 1.20411 low. I have drawn in orange boxes across the 50% line of the square; quite obviously a magnet for 18 months now. I think it worth noticing all of the touch points throughout the grid to provide efficacy of the value of them. Now 1.3740 would reach up to the 45 degree angles above, having been passed on the way down from 1.3831. The momentum study looks primed for a fall, but from somewhere of value in the grid would be powerful I think. The a=c equivalency of the likely zigzag up from 1.3294 is 1.3682, so anything north of that may be spikey out of a diagonal, but definitely worth watching for, if we get there. The green fibo extensions are based on this proposed 'b' wave reaching the 1.3740.
