Visitor numbers

The blog is doing 100 visits per day quite regular now which is great. However, by year end, I would like to get that up to 1000 if possible. I am not a social media expert by any definition and only just about got the Twitter account fed by the posts. If anyone knows how or where this blog might get a bigger audience, do let me know. Those that are reading, I hope you are finding it of use for reference. If you let me know how you are using it and how it might be improved, that would also be of great help to me.
